Diversity Monitoring and SDA

Following on from discussions with certain clients, we are now able to offer a diversity monitoring service.

This means that we can report back to the client the number of applicants that we have submitted for jobs over a set period divided into specific categories for diversity monitoring purposes.

Typically these would reflect:

1. ethnicity
2. sex
3. disability issues
